Converting ISO to WIM

I need to use our existing ISO-Image with the WDS.
How can i convert this image to the new WIM format?

What is in the ISO? Unless it contains a WinPE 2.0 image, it cannot be made
to boot from WDS. But, IF the ISO is a WinPE 2005 image, you can add the
ISO as RAM bootable following instructions here (method 1):
