MDT and Sysprep for Vista Task Sequence

I was wondering about syspreping in a Task Sequence for Vista. I found the
sequence, but it was in the Capture Image Phase.

I am using a custom wim I have already created so I don't want to run that
phase. Is it okay to move the sysprep option up to the Install phase or
should it be in the Post Install and in which case Non-OSD Only or the route
of Postinstall and do I need to tell it to Restart or does sysprep do that
automatically?

Sorry for all the questions but these trial and error tests are getting
really long.

If you set DoCapture=No in the rules (customsettings.ini) it will not
run that group at all...
