I'm personally comfortable with the above and I've also used solutions from
other software vendors. What I use depends on the customer. The typical
scenario is: "We have existing images from another vendor, we now want to
migrate them to Microsoft solution".
If you're in this field professionaly, it pays to master several
technologies.
