Administrator password (Windows XP w/sp3) not being applied properly

Using Microsoft Deployment 2008 deploying XP w/SP3

I captured a thick XP sp3 image. Before I captured it I set the
administrator password to null.

I have a problem with the deployment stopping at the computer name and
adminisrator password prompt. It shows the proper computer name, so I
assumed it was something with the administator password.

The prompt came up when I had SkipAdministratorPassword=YES in the
customsettings.ini and had the password set in the task sequence.

I then changed the customsettings.ini to SkipAdminPassoword=NO so it asks
for the administrator password.

When I give it an administator password during the deployment, the
deployment works fine (doesn't stop at the computer name and admin password
prompt). I use the same administrator password so it seems it has something
to do with the password in the sysprep.inf file or ?

Thanks

Set the password in customsettings.ini instead and it will be written
to sysprep.inf during the deployment process.

That worked great Johan, thanks!

I do wonder why my approach didn't work though. Oh well.
